Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• This activity has no age limit
• Free for children aged 0-1
• Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 16+ without accompaniment of a paying adult must have a valid ID on-hand

Additional information

• Coat check and stroller storage are available onsite
• Free parking is available onsite, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis: 230 guest spot, 8 ADA parking spots & 8 bus stops
• Tripods and lights may not be used for photography
• Wagons are permitted in the venue
• Food services: There are in-house food services available in the venue
• Water bottles are allowed in the science center
• Smoking in all forms, including the use of electronic cigarettes and smoke-free oral tobacco products are prohibited inside the facility or outside on the property
• Photography: There may be staff taking photos and videos for marketing purposes on-site, guests who are uncomfortable being on camera are recommended to inform the staff onsite

• Skateboards, skates, inline hoes & hoverboards
• Climbing, pulling, or damaging of exhibits
• Full-face masks or toys resembling weapons

Accessibility:

• A limited number of wheelchairs are also available for day use for guests with mobility needs. Please reach out to the guest services staff in the lobby with a photo ID

• There is adult-sized changing table available on-site, located on the first floor in the family restroom across from soundBox

• Exhibitis are wheelchair accessible except for some sections of the Adventure Tower children's play structure and the Full Motion Simulator

• Visual needs: Most exhibitions include tactile or auditory elements, suitable for blind and low-vision visitors, except for Solar Station, Keeper's Corner & Solar System Survey

• Printed content for exhibit labels in new exhibitions use text with sizes of at least 40 pt, and have high contrast with backgrounds. Content in most areas is presented bilingually in English and Spanish

• Sensory needs: Sensory kits (Includes items to fidget with and noise-minimizing headphones) are available for guests to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis. Please reach out to the guest services staff in the lobby and present a valid ID

• An EY sensory room is available on-site, guests who require access can reach out to the guest services desk in the lobby for assistance

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
