Overview

Day 1: Upis – Arapa Pass – Yanacocha – Pucacocha Depart Cusco at 5:00 am, travel through Ocongate and Tinque to Upis, ascend to Arapa Pass at 5000m, trek through stunning landscapes with four lakes, and camp at Pucacocha.

Day 2: Pucacocha – Puca Cocha Pass – Ananta – Warmisaya – Surinacocha After breakfast, hike to Puca Cocha Pass, enjoy views of Ausangate peak, descend to Ananta for lunch, continue to Warmisaya Pass, and camp by Surinacocha lagoon.

Day 3: Surinacocha – Red Valley – Llapto – Cusco Begin the day with a trek to Surina mountain, enjoy views of Salkantay and the seven-colored mountain, reach the site before the crowds, and return to Cusco, ending the trek.
