Luggage Information

• Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person

• Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 20kg or 44lbs

• Passenger is responsibility for safekeeping their carry-on baggage

• Restricted items not allowed to bring onboard including: smelly foods, explosives, oincendiary substances, chemicals, drugs, weapons and other goods prohibited by Government regulations.

• This activity has no age limit

Booking Requirement

• All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

• Seat arrangement: seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together.
• Customers need to present at the station at least 45min before departure time. Any delay by customer leads to miss the boat would not be accepted for refund ticket cost.
