For smaller groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant may be arranged, and the commentary will be more concise. • If you need to carry luggage, please inform us in advance. If you carry luggage without authorization, the guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any stains or damage are caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustments and Safety • Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles may not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. Overtime will incur additional charges (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 JPY per hour). • The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stopovers, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions based on the actual situation. • If ropeways, cruise ships, or other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, the itinerary will be changed to visit other attractions or adjust the stopover time. • If you are late, change the meeting point temporarily, or leave the group midway due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the group must be borne by yourself. Season and Scenery • Seasonal activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks festivals are greatly affected by climate. - If the train is cancelled, the train fare will be refunded: 2870 JPY for adults, 1430 JPY for children. No refund for children aged 0-3 who do not occupy a seat.
- If JR officially changes the Yufuin no Mori train to another special train, no refund will be given, and the special train will be experienced as normal.
- From December 28th to January 5th, Dazaifu will be changed to Nyoirin-ji Temple, because Dazaifu has large-scale New Year activities, and the team cannot enter normally due to traffic jams, so the scenic spot will be replaced.
