As this is a carpool shuttle service, no prior contact will be made with guests. All meeting points will depart on time unless special circumstances arise. Guests are required to arrive at the meeting point 5–10 minutes early. Vehicles will not wait for late arrivals, and in cases of tardiness or no-shows, it will be considered a forfeiture of the trip. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided, and any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. The supplier is not liable for such situations. Vehicle allocation will be based on the number of participants for this itinerary.
The pricing is the same for adults and children aged 36 months and older. Infants and toddlers aged 0–35 months can participate for free but are not provided with an independent seat. A valid voucher is required for participation. If you are bringing strollers or luggage, please specify the details and quantity in the order notes. Customer service will provide further instructions if needed.
During peak seasons such as weekends, Korean holidays, and cherry blossom or autumn foliage periods, traffic congestion is common. Please consider these factors carefully before making a reservation.
