Make sure you take part at the time you selected at booking, If you arrive early and don’t see your guide, don’t worry — they’re setting up gear and will meet you at the meeting point about 5 minutes before your tour starts..Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded Please arrive at the location 10 mins before the departure time
