• The tour guide may appropriately adjust the order of visits based on the actual situation without reducing attractions or lowering service standards.
• Free pick-up is available from hotels within the Third Ring Road of Xi'an (except during the statutory holidays of Labor Day, National Day, and Spring Festival). For locations far outside the Third Ring Road, please make your own way to the nearest meeting point. To ensure sufficient time for visiting scenic spots, the pick-up range and time will be subject to the notification from our staff the evening before departure.
• In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or emergencies that prevent the tour from proceeding at the agreed time or according to the itinerary, any additional costs incurred due to itinerary changes will be borne by the tourist.
• During the trip, you may pass through many venues (such as scenic spots, restaurants, hotels, airports, train stations, etc.) that have various types of shops. These shops are not part of the travel agency's arrangements. Any shopping needs are personal behaviors. Please identify the quality of the goods yourself and ask the merchant for valid shopping vouchers to protect your legitimate rights!
• For your safety, please keep your valuables with you at all times! Do not leave valuables in hotel rooms or on tour buses. Please safeguard your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency is not liable for any losses due to personal negligence.
• Please bring valid identification with you when you depart. You will be responsible for any losses incurred due to not having valid identification, such as being unable to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions.
• Hotel check-in requires registration. Adults should bring valid ID cards, and children should bring their household registration booklets. The hotel requires a security deposit (ranging from 100-300 RMB per room, depending on the hotel's standard policy), which guests need to pay at the hotel front desk. The full amount will be refunded upon check-out if there is no damage to the room facilities. Guests are responsible for compensating the hotel for any damage to hotel property or facilities, or loss of room keys.
• Most hotels in Xi'an do not offer triple rooms or extra beds. If a single traveler requires a single room, they will need to pay a single room supplement. Shared rooms are not available for individual travelers.
• In the event that complimentary items cannot be provided due to uncontrollable factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, or attraction closures, no refunds will be issued.
• Xi'an is a popular destination for tour groups and conferences, leading to a high demand for tour buses. During peak season, "overlapping bus schedules" may occur. Traffic congestion can also cause delays in bus arrival, resulting in tourists waiting for transportation. Similarly, restaurants may experience queues. We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and patience. Thank you!
• Any voluntary departure from the tour or changes to the itinerary made by the guest during the trip will be considered a forfeit. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the guest will be responsible for any other costs and safety issues arising therefrom.
• The travel agency does not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency is not responsible for any consequences arising from tourists acting independently.
• Travelers must ensure they are in good health before participating in travel itineraries arranged by the travel agency, and must not deceive or conceal any health conditions. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to a traveler's health condition.
