• Hot springs may cause health risks for expecting mothers, people with bleeding disorders, hypertension, heart problems or those wearing a pacemaker

• People who are related/members of Anti Social Forces will not be allowed entrance to the facility

• People who need diapers are not allowed to enter/participate in this activity

• Re-entry is not allowed once your voucher has been redeemed

• Guests with tattoos are generally not permitted to use the facility.However, if the tattoos can be completely covered with the designated coverseals provided by our facility (up to two seals, each measuring 11cm x20cm), guests may use the facility after properly applying the seals.

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid for 90 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 02:00 on the last day

• [Important] The facility will be closed from May 9 to June 30, 2025.Vouchers will not be redeemable during this period.

Opening hours

• Monday-Sunday: 10:00-02:59

• Additional charge will be applied after 3:00 am or before 10:00 am

• The onsen is open until 03:00am (next day)

• The operating hours are subject to change/closure depending on season, traffic, and weather conditions on your activity date without prior notice, so please check the official website before joining the activity. No refunds will be given in this case

Voucher type

• Present your voucher from the Klook app
• Please login to Klook App/website and go to “My bookings”. Click “See voucher” to open the voucher
• Please present the voucher to the local staff on the day of use. If you do not present the voucher on your device, you will not be able to enter the venue
• Please note that the URL certificate must be presented on a mobile phone with internet access. The voucher cannot open unless there is internet access
• Please do not validate the ticket by yourself. It must be operated by the staff of the facility. If the ticket shows "used", then the ticket is no longer valid
