• Free pick-up is available from hotels within the Third Ring Road of Xi'an (except during the statutory holidays of Labor Day, National Day, and Spring Festival). For locations far outside the Third Ring Road, please make your own way to the nearest meeting point. To ensure sufficient time for visiting scenic spots, the pick-up range and time will be subject to the notification from our staff the evening before departure.
• In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or emergencies that prevent the tour from proceeding at the agreed time or according to the itinerary, any additional costs incurred due to itinerary changes will be borne by the tourist.
• During the trip, you may pass through many venues (such as scenic spots, restaurants, hotels, airports, train stations, etc.) that have various types of shops. These shops are not part of the travel agency's arrangements. Any shopping needs are personal behaviors.
