• The Sun Moon Lake Ropeway is an additional complimentary item and must be used on the same day as the admission ticket; it cannot be used on separate days. Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village reserves the right to terminate this offer. In the event of a temporary suspension of the ropeway due to unforeseen circumstances, no compensation or refunds will be offered.

• Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village entrance: Please present your e-voucher (QR Code) at the e-ticket exchange counter and use the self-service ticket machine to verify and exchange for an admission ticket. Then, scan the QR Code on your admission ticket at the gate to enter.

• Sun Moon Lake Ropeway Station: Please present your e-voucher (QR Code) at the self-service ticket redemption machine on the 2nd floor service counter of the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway Station to redeem your admission ticket. Then, proceed to the boarding platform gate on the 3rd floor of the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway with your admission ticket and scan the QR Code to enter.

• How to redeem: Present your Klook voucher (QR Code) at the pier fleet redemption point (Shuishe Pier) or the 1st floor of the Ita Thao Visitor Center (Yuchi Township Farmers' Association Gift Shop). Staff will scan the QR Code for verification, after which you can redeem your boarding pass.
• Please keep your boarding pass in a safe place for ticket verification. A replacement ticket must be purchased if lost.
