- Force Majeure Disclaimer: The travel agency is not liable for economic losses to tourists caused by force majeure or other objective reasons not attributable to the travel agency, or by the tourist's personal reasons. The travel agency is not responsible for changes, delays, holdups, or early termination of the tour caused by force majeure events such as severe weather, natural disasters, train delays, or traffic jams. Increased or decreased costs resulting from such events will be handled by refunding tourists for expenses not incurred, while excess expenses will be borne by the tourists.
- Accommodation Information: Please understand that accommodation conditions in Tibetan areas are limited in terms of both hardware and software. Please do not judge by city standards! (To promote green environmental protection, hotels generally do not provide disposable toiletries, so guests need to bring their own.) The hotel names mentioned in the itinerary refer to economically comfortable accommodations, which are non-star-rated hotels not certified by the National Tourism Administration, and are only internal ratings within the travel agency industry; please be specifically informed! Due to the special local conditions, hotel service personnel have not undergone professional training before starting their jobs. Due to the special climate, hotels are prone to dampness, and electricity supply may not be available (mainly for air conditioning). Hot water is provided by solar water heaters, and the water temperature depends on the weather and the number of users, so it is unstable. Please understand if some facilities cannot be used due to temporary water and power outages. The facilities of hotels of the same standard vary greatly due to different regions. In case of special reasons (such as weather, traffic, ground conditions, hotel reception capacity), the accommodation location may be changed. Guests cannot specify any hotel and must follow the group arrangement, with the standard remaining unchanged. For travel with 2 people or less (1 adult, 1 adult and 1 child, 2 adults requiring separate rooms), a single room supplement must be paid. For 3 or more people, a single room supplement can be paid. Hotel accommodation deposits within the itinerary are paid and refunded by the guests themselves.
- Vehicle Information: Transportation during the tour will be provided by tourism public transportation buses. Due to mileage restrictions on certain routes or road maintenance in some sections, traffic jams may occur. Departure times are therefore earlier, and all departure and travel times indicated in the itinerary are estimates and may vary slightly. To ensure vehicle braking performance, it is necessary to stop and add water along the way. Vehicle usage is not included during all free activity periods within the itinerary and outside the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding. In Sichuan, tour vehicles are booked one day in advance with one guaranteed seat per person. The vehicle type is arranged according to the number of people in the group. Air conditioning is available for a limited time (mainly to ensure power uphill, it cannot be turned on). One seat per person is guaranteed, and seat requests are not available.
- If delays or cancellations of major transportation (e.g., flights, trains) prevent timely participation in our tour, you will be required to pay our company for any incurred losses related to the reserved tour vehicle space and other expenses already incurred as stipulated in the itinerary and contract. Due to extended driving at high altitudes, vehicles may experience breakdowns, potentially impacting the itinerary. Travelers should be mentally prepared for this possibility. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, road closures, vehicle malfunctions, or local government actions that cause itinerary delays or prevent completion of the planned attractions, the travel agency is not liable, and will not be responsible for compensation. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler. However, our company will actively assist in resolving the issue.
- Insurance Information: The travel agency has purchased travel agency liability insurance. It is recommended that tourists purchase personal travel accident insurance to provide themselves with comprehensive protection. Travel agency liability insurance is purchased by the travel agency, and the insurance company underwrites the legal compensation liability that the travel agency should bear for accidents caused by negligence or fault in the process of organizing tourism activities. For personal travel accident insurance (please pay attention to the age restrictions for insured tourists of each insurance company; insurance companies generally do not accept insurance for tourists over 70 years old), the tourist is the policyholder and beneficiary when they pay the insurance premium themselves. The insurance company underwrites the accidental injury suffered by the tourist. The definition of accidental injury is [refers to the injury directly caused to the body by external, sudden, unintentional, and non-disease objective events]. Tourists should carefully read the specific terms of the personal travel accident insurance and purchase it themselves from the insurance company or entrust the travel agency to purchase it on their behalf after having no objection. If tourists purchase travel accident insurance, an additional 10 yuan/person will be charged for domestic tours, which the travel agency will pay to the insurance company on behalf of the tourist. The insurance company reserves the right to interpret the compensation amount. Tourists over 70 years old should purchase insurance on their own. The insurance company's compensation amount is the final compensation, and the travel agency will not provide additional compensation. Tourists should ensure that their physical condition allows them to successfully complete the tour activities. The tourist's own diseases are not covered by the insurance, and all expenses incurred due to their own diseases shall be borne by the tourist. The travel agency and the insurance company shall not be liable for any consequences. Compensation for personal injury and property loss to tourists caused by road traffic accidents will be based on the "Road Traffic Accident Handling Measures," and our company will provide assistance. In the event of accidental injury to tourists during tourism activities, the travel agency will assist tourists in contacting medical institutions for treatment and reporting the case to the insurance company. Tourists or their families shall pay for medical expenses themselves. The travel agency shall not be liable for any injuries and risks caused by the tourist or their family's refusal to pay medical expenses; after the treatment is completed, the travel agency will issue a certificate to assist tourists in handling insurance claims.

- Accommodation Notes: Accommodation hardware and software conditions in Tibetan areas are limited. Please do not measure them by urban standards. We appreciate your understanding! (To promote environmental protection, hotels generally do not provide disposable toiletries; guests need to bring their own); The hotel names mentioned in the itinerary are for economical and comfortable accommodation, and are not star-rated hotels authorized by the National Tourism Administration. They only refer to internal ratings within the travel agency industry, which is a special notice! Due to the special nature of the region, hotel service staff have not undergone professional training; due to the special climate, hotels are prone to dampness, and power supply may not be available (mainly air conditioning). Hot water is provided by solar water heaters, and the water temperature depends on the weather and the number of users, so it is unstable. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by temporary water or power outages that may render some facilities unusable. Facilities in hotels of the same class may vary greatly due to different regions. In case of special reasons (such as weather, traffic, ground conditions, hotel reception capacity), the accommodation location may be changed. Guests cannot specify any hotel and must follow the group arrangements, with the standard remaining unchanged. Due to mileage restrictions along the route or maintenance on some sections, traffic jams are prone to occur, and departure times are generally early. The departure and travel times indicated in the itinerary are estimated, and the actual situation may vary slightly. To ensure braking performance, vehicles need to stop for water replenishment along the way. Vehicle usage is not included during any free activity periods or outside the itinerary. Please understand. Sichuan tourist vehicles are booked one day in advance, with one seat per person, and the model is arranged according to the number of people in the group. Air conditioning is open for a limited time (mainly to ensure power when going uphill, it cannot be opened); one seat per person is guaranteed, and seat preference requests are not provided.
- If, due to major transportation delays or cancellations (e.g., flights, trains), a participant is unable to join our agency's tour as scheduled, they must pay our agency for the loss of the tour seat and other incurred expenses as stipulated in the itinerary and contract. Due to long-distance driving on high-altitude roads, vehicles may be heavily loaded, and there is a possibility of vehicle breakdown affecting the itinerary. Tourists should be mentally prepared for this. In the event of irresistible factors such as landslides, road blockages, vehicle malfunctions, or local government actions causing itinerary delays or inability to complete the aforementioned attractions, the travel agency is not responsible and will not bear compensation liability. Any resulting extra expenses shall be borne by the tourists themselves. However, our company will actively cooperate to resolve the issue.
- Insurance instructions: The travel agency has purchased travel agency liability insurance. It is recommended that tourists purchase travel personal injury accident insurance to provide comprehensive protection for themselves. Travel agency liability insurance is a type of insurance where the travel agency is the policyholder and the insurance company underwrites the legal liability for compensation that the travel agency should bear due to negligence or fault during the organization of tourism activities. Travel personal accident insurance (please pay attention to the age restrictions for policyholders by each insurance company; for tourists over 70 years old, insurance companies generally do not accept policies). Tourists who pay the premium themselves become the policyholder and beneficiary of this insurance. The insurance company underwrites accidental injuries suffered by tourists. The definition of accidental injury is [refers to injuries to the body directly caused by external, sudden, unintentional, non-disease objective events]. After carefully reading the specific terms of the travel personal accident insurance and having no objections, tourists can purchase it themselves from an insurance company or entrust the travel agency to purchase it on their behalf. If tourists apply for travel accident insurance for domestic tours, an additional 10 yuan/person will be charged, and the travel agency will purchase it from the insurance company on behalf of the tourists. The right to interpret the claim amount belongs to the insurance company. For those over 70 years old, please handle the insurance yourself. The insurance company's compensation amount is the final compensation, and the travel agency will no longer provide compensation. Tourists should ensure that their physical condition allows them to complete the travel activities smoothly. Tourists' own illnesses are not within the scope of insurance compensation. All expenses incurred due to their own illnesses are at their own expense, and all consequences are borne by themselves. Neither the travel agency nor the insurance company will bear any responsibility. For personal and property losses caused by road traffic accidents, compensation will be made in accordance with the "Regulations on Handling Road Traffic Accidents," and our agency will provide assistance. If a tourist suffers an accidental injury during a travel activity, the travel agency will assist the tourist in contacting medical institutions for treatment and reporting to the insurance company. The tourist or their family members will pay the medical expenses themselves. The travel agency will not be responsible for various injuries and risks caused by the tourist or family members refusing to pay medical expenses. After the treatment, the travel agency will issue a certificate to assist the tourist in handling the insurance claim procedures.
