• Insurance Information: The travel agency has purchased travel agency liability insurance. It is recommended that tourists purchase personal travel accident insurance to provide themselves with comprehensive protection. Travel agency liability insurance is purchased by the travel agency, and the insurance company underwrites the legal compensation liability that the travel agency should bear for accidents caused by negligence or fault in the process of organizing tourism activities. For personal travel accident insurance (please pay attention to the age restrictions for insured tourists of each insurance company; insurance companies generally do not accept insurance for tourists over 70 years old), the tourist is the policyholder and beneficiary when they pay the insurance premium themselves. The insurance company underwrites the accidental injury suffered by the tourist. Tourists should carefully read the specific terms of the personal travel accident insurance and purchase it themselves from the insurance company or entrust the travel agency to purchase it on their behalf after having no objection. The insurance company reserves the right to interpret the compensation amount. Tourists over 70 years old should purchase insurance on their own. The insurance company's compensation amount is the final compensation, and the travel agency will not provide additional compensation. Tourists should ensure that their physical condition allows them to successfully complete the tour activities. The tourist's own diseases are not covered by the insurance, and all expenses incurred due to their own diseases shall be borne by the tourist. The travel agency and the insurance company shall not be liable for any consequences. Compensation for personal injury and property loss to tourists caused by road traffic accidents will be based on the "Road Traffic Accident Handling Measures," and our company will provide assistance. In the event of accidental injury to tourists during tourism activities, the travel agency will assist tourists in contacting medical institutions for treatment and reporting the case to the insurance company. Tourists or their families shall pay for medical expenses themselves. The travel agency shall not be liable for any injuries and risks caused by the tourist or their family's refusal to pay medical expenses; after the treatment is completed, the travel agency will issue a certificate to assist tourists in handling insurance claims.
• Health Notice: This long journey involves extended travel times, significant temperature differences, and high altitudes in some areas. Please read the relevant precautions carefully before registering. Tourists should fully understand the demands of the trip and the limited medical conditions available during the journey, and confirm that their health condition is suitable for participating in this tour before registering. The travel agency is not responsible for any further episodes of pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities, or any resulting injuries or death, that occur during the tour. Current insurance company liability and accident insurance terms also include such situations in the insurance company's deductible range. The travel agency is not a professional health care consulting organization and cannot determine whether a tourist's health condition is suitable for participating in this tour. By signing a travel contract with the travel agency, the tourist acknowledges that they understand the demanding nature of this trip and the limited medical conditions available during the journey, and have obtained the consent of a professional doctor. ① When registering, tourists should ensure that they are in good health and guarantee that their own conditions can complete the tour activities. Those in poor health should consult a doctor to determine whether they can participate in this tour, and prepare commonly used medicines and first-aid medicines according to their own situation. Tourists are responsible for the consequences caused by their own diseases. Tourists must sign and confirm the "Tourist Health Status Confirmation Form" before departure; ② If a tourist experiences a medical emergency, please actively notify the staff, and the travel agency will assist the tourist in going to the local medical institution for examination and treatment; ③ Tourists with hearing or visual impairments must be accompanied by a healthy travel companion to participate in the tour; individuals with mental illness and no ability to control their behavior cannot register for the tour; ④ Patients with heart, lung, brain, and blood system diseases, as well as other people who are not suitable for long-distance fatigue and the elderly over 75 years old, should not register to participate in travel agency tours. ⑤ Pregnant women, please choose other routes. For your safety, please do not conceal your condition. You can choose other routes (if you conceal your condition, you will be responsible for the consequences).
• Climate description: The ultraviolet radiation is strong in the plateau area. You should have enough warm clothes, and you need to prepare long-sleeved clothes, woolen sweaters, and jackets. Even in summer, it is cool in the morning and evening and hot at noon, so pay attention to keeping warm, especially to prevent colds and upper respiratory tract infections. Travel agency staff have fully informed tourists of the precautions and health requirements for this itinerary when accepting tour registrations. During the tour, tourists must pay attention to their own safety and the safety of accompanying minors, take care of their personal belongings, and keep valuables with them. ② The scenic area is located in a region inhabited by Tibetan, Han, and other ethnic minorities.
