Taking a cooking class is an unmissable experience when in Siem Reap. Memories of those mouthwatering Cambodian flavors will stay with you long after you return home. These classes held in Garden Pavilion will start with a nice touch, a visit to a local market. You'll take a stroll through the market, learn about homegrown herbs and vegetables and discover more about cooking in a Khmer household. Then it's time to get stuck in! Together with your local chef and guide, you'll get a hands-on cooking experience with tips and recipe cards so you can reproduce the dishes at home. Mango salad, fresh spring rolls, Cambodian curry and tasty desserts are some of your menu choices. And the best part? You can taste all your creations once the cooking's over!

  • If you're not a fan of spice, don't worry. Cambodian cooking involves lots of spices but you won't find it uncomfortably hot
