Now is your chance to learn the secrets of expert Thai cuisine for yourself, under the guidance of a cooking master on this class in Phuket! Kick off the day with an educational trip to the local fresh market, where you'll know about Thai herbs and ingredients, and learn how to find and select the right ingredients for the day's dishes. Choose from three menus and prepare at least three dishes from scratch, including Poo Phat Phong Kari (stir-fried crab with curry power), Tom Yam Kung (hot and sour prawn soup), and Phat Thai (Thai-style fried noodles).   • 9:45am: Return to restaurant at Tarn Tara Spa. Welcome Thai herbs drink/Thai snack and hot/cold towel
  • 10:00am: Introduction of Thai four elements taste (fire, wind, water, and earth)
  • 10:15am: Start cooking 3 dishes with the Thai four elements in mind
  • 12:00pm: Receive Thai Cooking Certificate, take photos
  • Class ends, return transfers
