• Bus tour passengers are limited to 1 piece of checked baggage per person, and small group tour passengers are limited to one piece of checked baggage per person.
• If you choose the hotel pick-up and drop-off service for the 9-person small group, please fill in the pick-up and drop-off hotel address in the order remarks column. If the pick-up and drop-off hotels are different, please inform us in advance (limited to Naha city hotels, not exceeding Oroku). The pick-up and drop-off time and sequence will be arranged in order based on the hotel location.
• 9-person small group without a tour guide. A Chinese-speaking driver-guide will be arranged, focusing on safe driving and itinerary management. Scenic spot commentary cannot be provided, please be aware.
• The 9-person private small group tour includes admission tickets to Manzamo; all other admission tickets must be paid for by yourself. Please be aware of this.
• If you do not need the aquarium and Manzamo tickets included as a bonus with the bus tour on this itinerary, the price difference cannot be refunded, nor can they be rescheduled for another date. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent schedules, we will not wait past the scheduled time.
• If you are unable to participate on the day of departure due to personal reasons, no refunds will be issued. Failure to board the bus at the designated time on the day of departure will be considered a voluntary forfeiture, and your understanding is appreciated.
• This itinerary does not include lunch, please prepare your own; smoking and dining are prohibited inside the vehicle, please be advised.
• This is a joint tour itinerary. Bus seats for companions may be adjacent to other travelers. Child safety seats cannot be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
• This product does not include insurance. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance yourself.
• This itinerary is fixed, with no additional stops added along the way. Participants may leave the tour at any designated stop during the itinerary (prior notification is required).
• The system defaults the order date as the first usage date and prioritizes scheduling the Northern Taiwan Day Tour; the Southern Taiwan Day Tour will be scheduled for the following day. If the itinerary order or departure date needs to be adjusted due to inventory, vehicle scheduling, or other operational arrangements, we will notify you separately, and please refer to the final confirmed information.
• For bus tours, infants aged 0–3 may join for free if they do not occupy a seat. Each adult is limited to bringing 1 free infant, and please notify us in advance in the order notes. If an infant requires a seat, it will be considered as occupying 1 ticket space, so please purchase a child ticket.
• Assistance with takeout reservation services for the popular Senagojima shop "A Happy Pancake" can be provided for the southern itinerary (dine-in is not available, drinks are not included, and expenses are at your own expense).

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• The default booking date is the first day of participation, with Day 1 being a northern day tour and Day 2 being a southern day tour. In the event of inventory adjustments, we will contact you to reschedule; please keep an eye on your emails or messaging apps.

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Select a small group of 9 people; infants require a seat, and prices are the same for adults and children.

• Children aged 0-3 can join this activity free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats

• Small group of up to 9 people, minimum group size is 4 people. If the minimum group size is not reached, we will arrange a rescheduling or a full refund for you.
