2-Day Cultural Tour to Putuoshan from Shanghai

Day 1

Departure at 7:00 AM / 07:20 Meet at Shanghai South Mall/Zoncen Great Field (intersection of Wanyuan Road and Minhong Road). Departure at 7:30 AM (Specific time and location are subject to guide's notice)
• [Attraction/experience] Guided tour, Zhujiajian Wharf, Arrive at Zhujiajian Wharf around 11:30 AM, then take a boat to Mount Putuo, the Buddhist Kingdom on the Sea.
• [Dining] Lunch, Lunch, Lunch at your own expense, followed by continued browsing.
• [Attraction/experience] Guided tour, Mount Putuo, After arrival, enter the scenic area and visit popular attractions and temples such as Xitian Scenic Area and Puji Temple (temples may require a 3-6 RMB incense and flower voucher, payable in cash to the monks at the entrance, approximately 16 RMB for two days, so please prepare some cash before you travel).
• [Attraction/experience] Guided tour, Mount Putuo, Around 17:00, the guided tour will be mostly finished. You can return to your guesthouse to rest, freshen up, and then go wading at the beach or stroll through the island's serene streets.

Day 2

• [Attraction/experience] Guided tour, Mount Putuo, In the morning, the tour guide will take you to visit popular attractions and temples such as Fayu Temple, Purple Bamboo Forest, and the South Sea Guanyin.
• [Dining] Lunch, Lunch, Lunch on your own. Return to Zhujiajian Island by boat at the appropriate time (depending on your ferry ticket time).

• Children are defined as those under 1.2m in height.

Additional information

• As per transportation regulations, a seat must be booked for all children regardless of height. Failure to do so, resulting in boarding issues, will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.
• Seniors aged 60-70 receive a 50% discount on admission tickets. For group tours, a refund of ¥80 per person (¥60 during the off-season) will be issued upon presentation of valid identification. Seniors aged 70 and above receive free admission. For group tours, a refund of ¥160 per person (¥120 during the off-season) will be issued. The ticket price difference will be refunded in cash by the tour guide on the evening of the tour or the following morning after verification.
• The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location approximately one day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time. To avoid delaying the行程 of other guests, we will depart promptly at the scheduled time and will not wait for late arrivals. Guests who do not arrive on time due to their own reasons will bear the full loss.
• Please bring valid identification with you when you depart. You will be responsible for any losses incurred due to not having valid identification, such as being unable to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions.
• Travelers must ensure they are in good health before participating in travel itineraries arranged by the travel agency, and must not deceive or conceal any health conditions. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to a traveler's health condition.
• If a traveler voluntarily leaves the group or changes their itinerary mid-tour for personal reasons, it will be regarded as a waiver. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the traveler will be responsible for any other costs and safety issues that arise as a result.
