  • Minors under 18 years of age and seniors over 65 years of age cannot participate alone. If they need to ride a boat, they must be accompanied by healthy adults who are responsible for their safety.
  • Seniors aged 60-65 must have their children's awareness and sign a waiver before participating.
  • Seniors over 70 years of age are not allowed to participate in shared boat trips. Family members can accompany them by chartering a boat, so they can return at any time if they feel uncomfortable.
  • Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, mental illness, or sudden illnesses are not allowed to participate.
  • Individuals who are intoxicated or hungover are not allowed to participate, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on board.
  • Individuals with severe seasickness, pregnant women, and those with mobility issues are not allowed to participate.

  • All activities take place on the boat. Getting into the sea is not allowed for any reason, including but not limited to swimming, diving, or retrieving items such as fishing rods, cell phones, or cameras. Life jackets must be worn correctly at all times.
  • Deep-sea fishing is not the same as other recreational activities. Depending on the tide and currents, there is a risk of getting skunked, meaning the entire boat catches nothing. While this is generally unlikely, those who are concerned should order with caution.
  • Temporary sailing bans due to force majeure. If the sea fishing activity has not started at the fishing spot, rescheduling or a refund is possible. If the sea fishing project has already started at the fishing spot, the trip is considered complete, and no refund will be given.
  • We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a reschedule or a full refund if we are unable to travel due to force majeure events such as weather-related maritime bureau navigation bans, or if ship problems are discovered during pre-departure inspections.
  • If a shared boat needs to return early due to personal reasons, the jet ski fee of 600 yuan is the responsibility of the individual. Passengers are responsible for their own safety after disembarking, at which point the trip is considered complete. Everyone has the right to protect their own interests. Those who do not want the entire boat to return early can resolve compensation issues directly with their fellow passengers. Those who agree to return early must sign a consent form acknowledging their informed agreement to return, and the boat fare will not be refunded.
  • Do not flush paper or trash into the ship's toilet. If the toilet becomes clogged, you will be responsible for unclogging it yourself or paying a 300 RMB unclogging fee.
