• There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

• There is no room to store luggage and/or large bags on this tour. Please leave them at your accommodations or vehicles

• Please note that we do not provide any pick-up service for the hotel located on the outskirt area. Travelers must be ready at the STAR jetty before boat departs.

• The snorkeling equipment provided (mask and snorkeling tube) is only available in adult size. Children may bring their own equipment as smaller sizes are not available on site.

• Travelers are advised not to book tours or schedule activities on the same day to avoid missing their flight or disrupting their next agenda.

• Travelers with eyesight conditions are recommended to bring contact lenses or snorkeling masks with optical correction masks. Travelers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes & shoes for the tour.

• Itinerary is subject to changes due to traffic or other unexpected conditions. The local tour operator will provide the exact pick-up time 1 day before the tour.
