📍 Important Information

  • Please arrive at the designated meeting location on time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
  • All important notifications will be sent via email. Please check your email regularly to avoid missing critical information.
  • The final return time for kimonos/yukatas is 17:00. If you exceed this time, an overtime fee of JPY￥1100 per hour will be charged.
  • When dining, please use a paper bib or cloth to cover your chest to your knees to prevent food stains on the kimono.
  • If the kimono is stained, a repair fee of JPY￥22,000 will be charged. If the damage is severe and irreparable, you may be required to purchase the kimono at its original price. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • We offer storage services, but please keep your valuables with you. We are not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. Thank you for your understanding. (e.g., cameras.)
