• Up to two children under the age of 3 are free of charge per parent or guardian. If the number of children exceeds the number of parents, a separate infant fee will be charged per child

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid for 180 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

• The voucher is valid either until March 31,2025 or 6 months after the date of purchase, whichever comes first

• Please login to Klook App/website and go to “My bookings”. Click “See voucher” to open the voucher
• Please present the voucher to the local staff on the day of use. If you do not present the voucher on your device, you will not be able to enter the venue

How to redeem

• Please note that the URL certificate must be presented on mobile phone with internet access. The voucher cannot open unless there is internet access
• Please do not operate the ticket by yourself. It must be operated by the staff of the facility. If the ticket shows "used", then the ticket is no longer valid
