1st step - 15 min : welcome drink (cocktail) to warm up
2nd step – 15 min : Training session with aromas & flavors (guess flavors & aromas blindly)
3rd step – 1h30 min : tasting session : 2 unaged rums + 3 aged rums – some pairing food along with it (chocolate, cold cut, cheese ; bite size)
