I. Travel Information: We recommend purchasing flight tickets for the arrival date, with arrival in Urumqi on the day of the tour start date.
II. Tour Dispersal Time: The tour ends in Yining. For those with flights departing from Urumqi the following day, you can take a free ride back to Urumqi (must register 7 days in advance; late registration may not be accommodated). Meals are at your own expense. The journey is long, so please be prepared. The travel agency is not responsible for additional costs if you cannot reach Urumqi due to weather, traffic jams, traffic control, or other force majeure factors.
III. The default room type upon booking is a standard room. If standard rooms are insufficient due to holidays, we will communicate and upgrade to a king-size bed room or other room type with prior notice. In the event of hotel full occupancy, power or water outages, government activities, or other force majeure factors, we will coordinate with other hotels.
IV. The default vehicle is the Tank 300 SUV. If there are single travelers joining the tour, we will arrange ride-sharing/room-sharing based on the order time. Seating arrangements can be coordinated amongst yourselves.

The guide or concierge will announce the next day's itinerary and any relevant details on the evening of arrival. On the day of departure, the tour guide will meet everyone at the hotel.

I. Round-trip Transportation Expenses: Round-trip transportation expenses between the point of departure and the destination are the responsibility of the traveler. Please book in advance (e.g., flights, trains, etc.).
II. Personal Spending: All personal spending and any items not mentioned in the included expenses;
III. Single Room Supplement: If you are part of a group, the price of this product is based on two people sharing a room. If you voluntarily request to stay in a room alone, you will need to pay a single room supplement. If you are part of a group but there is no one to share a room with, you will need to pay a room supplement or purchase a single room. For group bookings, we will inform you of the room sharing results 10-15 days in advance. If a guest who was supposed to share a room cancels their order at the last minute or decides to stay in a room alone, resulting in a failed room share, you will need to pay the room supplement again.
IV. Meals: All meal expenses will be shared equally among participants. Meal arrangements will follow the principle of majority rule, but participants are also free to choose their own dining options within the city.
V. Additional Costs: Additional costs incurred due to force majeure events such as traffic delays, war, coup, strike, strong winds, heavy fog, aircraft malfunction, flight cancellations, or schedule changes.
