• 1. Vehicle Qualification: Our company strictly selects commercial vehicles with legal operating qualifications. All vehicles have passed the annual inspection and regular safety inspections. We do not accept requests for specific vehicle types. Xinjiang Transportation Management stipulates that the daily driving distance of commercial vehicles shall not exceed 600 kilometers. If the number of kilometers exceeds 600 kilometers, the driver will face a huge fine of 20,000 to 100,000 or revocation of the business license. Therefore, for daily travel activities outside of the itinerary, we recommend that you arrange taxis, online car-hailing services, or other transportation by yourself. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• 2. About Travel Buddies: This itinerary is a group tour of 2-6 people from all over the country (2 people to start/6 people maximum). Due to the random group characteristics, it is impossible to screen the age, gender, region, and other information of travel buddies in advance. Special reminder: Tourists with special requirements for the social environment are advised to choose a customized chartered car service.
• 3. About the explanation of the single room supplement and the notice of accommodation arrangements: Voluntary room sharing principle Single male/female applicants who accept room sharing arrangements can be exempted from the single room supplement. The room sharing object only guarantees the same gender, and does not promise specific information such as age, occupation, and region. For example: single male tourists may share a room with male tourists or drivers of different ages. Explanation of sole occupancy fees. If you insist on single occupancy, you need to make up the full room price difference (the specific amount is subject to the itinerary quotation). Accommodation rules for multiple people traveling together. If there are odd numbers of people traveling together (such as families/groups), the travel agency will match genders according to the available room sharing resources on the day. For example: when a family of three travels, if only single male tourists are matched on the day, the male members of the family need to share a room with them. Those who mind should pay the single room supplement.

About accommodation: Since Xinjiang is still an underdeveloped area, hotels are very different from those in the mainland, especially in scenic spots, only cleanliness and hygiene can be guaranteed. Even so, it is still difficult to find a room during the peak season. Most hotels do not have triple rooms. This product does not accept children to share a room alone, nor does it accept adult tourists with children to share a room; if you travel alone with children, you must make up the single room supplement before departure or the children must register as adults, and the corresponding ticket discount difference will be refunded on the spot.
• 5. About changing seats: Carpooling is not a chartered car. To ensure the fairness of the itinerary, seats must be rotated every day!
• 6. Driver-Guide Service: The driver is limited in cultural level and cannot provide professional explanations, and for safety reasons, he may not be able to interact with everyone when driving attentively. Please understand this, and please prepare your travel guide in advance.
• 7. About after-sales: During the tour, if you have any needs or suggestions, please contact the housekeeper or team leader, and we will provide you with assistance as soon as possible. In order to ensure that service quality issues can be handled in a timely and proper manner, if no objection is raised during the trip and feedback is given after returning to the group, our company will not accept any complaints after the end of the team.
• 8. Registration for large groups of more than six people: We will allocate them to two separate vehicles according to the actual capacity (each car is an independent small group). Each vehicle may contain independent itinerary rhythms or differences in intermediate stops. Forcibly requiring parallel actions will interfere with the experience plan of other teams and even cause overall itinerary delays.
