• Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late

• Kindly acknowledge that the selected date serves as a preferred appointment time only. Customers must contact the spa directly in advance to secure a reservation. The confirmed date and time of participation will be subject to the spa's availability and convenience.

• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, please consult the spa staff

• Children cannot participate in this activity

• How to use Onsen:

• Bathing etiquette is extremely important in the Onsen. All guests must follow the bathing rules to ensure an uninterrupted and authentic Onsen experience is had by all.

• Remove your clothes and place them in the lockers provided

• Swimsuits, underwear, or Yutakas are NOT permitted in the baths, but you may bring a small towel into the bathing area

• Wash your body thoroughly in the showers before entering the baths

• Enter the water slowly to allow your body to adjust to the temperature

• Do not put your towel or wash your body in the water

• Do not disturb others by shouting, running or splashing water during use

• Recommended bathing time is 3-10 mins for each bath

• Shower after using the sauna or steam rooms

• Always keep well hydrated during and after the Onsen

• Dry yourself with a small towel before re-entering the changing room

• Usage Guide:

• The facilities is cashless throughout. The wristband is used as a locker key and to purchase food and drink, use treatment and spa services and vending machines, so no cash is necessary in the facility.

• Onsen duration is unlimited, but the recommended duration is between 45 - 60 mins

• Using Onsen after Aromatherapy Massage, Foot Massage, Herbal Compress, Body Scrub or Facial Treatments is not allowed because oil or herbal essences on your skin will damage our mineral water

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
