Usage validity

Pick-up and drop-off

  • Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available

  • The driver will wait for up to 20 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

  • Operator will send you the driver's information via email 3 hours before the scheduled participation time

  • Please provide your hotel name and address in English on the checkout page

  • The last service hour is at 23:00. Therefore, if you wish to use the service after that time, a surcharge will apply. For example, if you book for 6 hours and use the service from 19:00 to 01:00, you will need to pay a surcharge for the 2 hours that exceed our regular service hours

  • If the location is outside the city center of Bangkok, the counselor will check in advance and inform you via email
