You may customize the trip to include stops at popular attractions in Desaru such as Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark, Desaru Fruit Farm, Desaru Beach, and local seafood restaurants, based on your preferred itinerary. Please note: This trip does not include Singapore Changi Airport, Marina Bay Cruise Centre, or Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal

What vehicle models are available? We offer one EV van option! This air-conditioned van can accommodate up to 9 passengers without luggage. If you're traveling with standard size luggage, it can comfortably fit 5 to 7 people

What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? This activity includes up to 8 hours of private van charter service, toll fee, parking fee, fuel fee, hotel pick up and drop off service, and also point-to-point one-way transfer. Additional costs may include attraction tickets, baby seats, booster seat, over-time fee, midnight charges and festive charges

When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? Operator will send driver’s details one day before your scheduled date by 6pm SGT. For bookings made less than 24 hours in advance, operator will send driver’s details closer to scheduled time

What are the standard dimensions for luggage that the vehicle can accommodate? Our standard luggage size is 24 inches: Height 24" (59 cm), Width 16.4" (41 cm), and Depth 9.2" (24 cm)
