• We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach and our snorkeling sets off from the beach too.
• We recommend as early a start as possible as in the mornings there is less wind and fewer waves, so the conditions are usually more favorable.
• Your safety is our priority, when the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.
• Our activities include transportation, within the center and hotel zone of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.The hotels that do not include transportation because they are outside the city center are Hard Rock, Nobu, Diamante, Rancho Cabo San Lucas, Four Seasons, El Encanto de la Laguna. • As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day, sometimes we will have to change location, reschedule and / or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind and jellyfish.
• Our activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.
• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No show or last minute cancellation will be charged in full. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
