• No prior experience needed. This activity is safe for beginners to participate

• The target age is 3-59 years old. Pregnant women, children under 3 years old, and those with pre-existing conditions cannot participate. If you are unsure, please consult us in advance.
• Children aged 3 to 11 may be offered a stable canoe instead of SUP, depending on the sea conditions and the number of participants on the day.
