Usage validity

  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Pick-up and drop-off

  • For same day bookings, please book at least 5 hour(s) before your selected pick up time

  • Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May

  • Staff will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it

  • Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival

  • Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available

  • Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance

  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time

  • Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page

  • The driver will wait for up to 45 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

  • Coverage locations: Jakarta City, Airport, Cikarang Barat, Marunda - Cilincing, Cibubur, Cinere, Depok, Sentul, Ah Poong Sentul, Cilebut (Cilebut Train Station), Angke Ikea

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
