The fee is calculated according to the on-site price, approximately NT$15-20/kg, depending on the route quotation.)

Mainland Chinese travelers are required to present the following two documents at the ticket counter:
Valid Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents (referred to as Mainland Travel Permit)
Valid Taiwan entry permit/entry gold permit/Kinmen landing visa
Foreign travelers are required to present the following documents at the ticket counter:
Valid passport
Valid Taiwan entry & Mainland China visa
Address
Departure from Kinmen (Shuitou Wharf)
No. 5, Section 1, Xihai Road, Jincheng Township, Kinmen County
Once a Mini Three Links package ticket is issued, a 10% handling fee will be charged for cancellations.
If canceled 5-6 business days (excluding holidays) before departure before 18:00, a 20% processing fee will be charged.
If you cancel 3-4 business days (excluding holidays) before departure before 18:00, a 30% handling fee will be charged.
If canceled 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) before departure before 18:00, a 50% handling fee will be charged.
Cancellations made after 18:00 one business day prior to departure (excluding holidays) will incur a 100% service fee.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred by passengers due to changes or cancellations of flights or ships caused by force majeure (such as weather changes, mechanical failures, orders from governing authorities, or other necessary circumstances) that affect connections to Kinmen and Xiamen.
Rescheduling airline or ferry tickets: A fee of NT$200 will be charged per one-way trip. You can only reschedule once. If you need to reschedule a second time, you will need to cancel and rebook. Rescheduling is not possible within two business days (excluding holidays) before departure.
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
