  • Please go to the E-land Ticket Office and fill out the boarding report first, and redeem a physical ticket after checking your Id Card (Mobile ticket is not allowed due to checking your identification).
  • Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show is operated only from April to October. It can be canceled due to bad weather or Seoul City conditions without prior notice.
  • Please note that during the COVID period, available boarding pax may be changed according to the safety reason and check vaccination is done or not on-site.
  • Electric wheelchairs, strollers are not allowed (folding ones can be folded and boarded)
  • On weekends and during the April Spring Flower Festival, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested and parking takes a lot of time, so please use public transportation. (If you are unable to board on the day due to parking and traffic difficulties, you cannot cancel or change your reservation).
  • Please check your reservation date and product carefully, and be sure to read the detailed notes on usage. (Access to Yeouido Pier / Information on ID / Usage Guidelines and Cancellation Policy)
  • Sunset Cruise is the name of the product that departs at 18:00 from February to October, and at 17:00 from November to January. If you want to see the sunset from May to September, please reserve the 19:00 Moonlight Music Cruise.
