※Please arrive at the site on time on the scheduled date and then show the voucher you received via KakaoTalk/email.

  • If your desired date and option is not available, the customer service team will contact you by email or phone.
  • There are no parking spaces available. Please park in a nearby public parking lot.
  • All products are excluding hair, makeup, and costumes.
  • Please arrive on time for your experience. If you arrive late, your time to take selfies will be deducted.
  • Original photos will be delivered via email. We recommend that you download them immediately as they will be deleted after a period of time. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by non-downloading.
  • Print photos take about 2 hours, it may take more time depending on the site situation.
  • Customers who cannot pick up on the same day, they can pickup the printed photos by discussing a seperate pick up date with on-site staff. (You have to visit again.)
  • Printed Photos Pick up Weekdays : Reservations made by 6 p.m. can be pick- up on the same day Weeends : Reservations made by 5:30 p.m. can be pick -up on the same day
