Tour Departure and Vehicle Arrangements Minimum group size: 5 people. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation 1 day before departure. Driver and tour guide: For vehicle types with 14 seats or less, a Chinese-speaking driver will also serve as the tour guide, providing simple explanations in the vehicle, but no guided tours outside of the vehicle.   • In the event of inclement weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day prior to departure (local time 17:00) as to whether to cancel the tour. You will be notified via email.
