Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 12+ to participate in this activity

• Children aged 12-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Parental consent required in person for those under 18 years of age

• Participants must be aged under 66 to take part in this activity

Booking limitations

• Participants must weigh between 45kg-100kg for this activity

• Participants must have a height of at least 130cm to join the activity

Additional information

• There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

• There is no room to store luggage and/or large bags on this tour. Please leave them at your accommodations or vehicles

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• Guest name must be the same as the name on passport

• Guests are required to bring a copy of their passport upon arrival

• Guest must arrive before 20 min of appointment time, in case of late arrival guest will be on standby and rescheduling depending on the next availability

• Small lockers are available to store small items such as handbags, wallets, keys and mobile phones

• A camera will be attached to your helmet throughout the experience. A personalized video and photos will be sent to the registered email

• Digitals edited photos and videos are included in the package, and emails are collected at the location and sent within 48 hours to the provided email

• Please note that the entire experience takes approximately 90 minutes, with the ride itself lasting for one minute

• Mobile phones will not be allowed during the zipline experience

• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / heart disease / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities) / infants
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

What to wear

• Participants should wear comfortable clothing, closed shoes. Skirts, dresses, flip-flops or any loose footwear are strictly prohibited
• Hair should be tied up, and any large accessories like earrings, bracelets and superhero capes should be left at home
• Participants should dress modestly to ensure smooth entry

• The XLine Dubai Marina operates only for a limited time
• The attraction operates from Wednesday to Monday, with operating hours from 10:00 am to 12:20 pm, and resumes from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm, with 20-minute intervals
• Timings are subject to change, depending on the season, the weather, and public holidays
