Explanation of the difference between agency and guaranteed visa

• Agency service: Apply through the official website of Vietnam. Whether the visa is issued or not is decided by the official. If the visa is rejected, the reason will not be explained (you need to provide "Application Information", such as Taiwan or Vietnam's contact information, etc.)
• Agency visa return method: You need to check whether the visa is issued online and download the visa by yourself
• Guaranteed approval service: Submit the application through the local visa department. The information evaluation is more controllable. If the information is insufficient, you can supplement it until it is issued. It means that it is guaranteed to be approved, but the processing days cannot be guaranteed.
