Service Time: 10 hours of vehicle use for round trips in Tokyo
Departure Time & Departure Location: According to passenger needs
Trip Distance: The total distance traveled must be within 300 kilometers (the route must be reasonable, with no backtracking)
Service Hours: 08:00-20:00
Driver Language: Drivers are randomly assigned Chinese, Japanese, or English, with Chinese drivers prioritized in principle.
Vehicle Type:
Comfortable 5-seater (including infants and children) (can carry 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage)
Comfortable 7-seater (including infants and children) (can carry 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage)
Business 10-seater (including infants and children) (can carry 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage)
Mid-size Bus 18-seater (including infants and children) (can carry 17 passengers + 10 pieces of 26-inch luggage)
Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers.
Standard Luggage Size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
Overload Risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, we recommend that you book a suitable vehicle type to be able to carry all your luggage. Passengers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to not following the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type.
In the event of overtime rental, an overtime fee will be charged, which will be collected directly by the driver. Please pay the driver directly in cash.
Overtime Fee Details:
5-7 Seater: 5,000 JPY/per hour
10 Seater: 10,000 JPY/per hour
14 Seater and above: 15,000 JPY/per hour

- Child seats are not mandatory. If needed, please reserve in advance.
The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies 1.5 person spaces, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity, so please be sure to confirm in advance. Additional child seats are subject to an additional fee of 2,000 JPY/piece/day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.
- The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or hostels in the Tokyo city area (intercity pick-up and drop-off will allow the driver time for empty driving or require additional payment depending on the actual situation). If the departure or end location is not in Tokyo, the service time is 8 hours. Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange a reasonable departure time to fully enjoy the attractions.
- Empty Car Fee: There may be price differences for departures or ends in different locations. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after the order is placed.
- After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication regarding itinerary arrangements and vehicles. The supplier will send you driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the vehicle is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
- An overtime fee/over kilometer fee will be charged if the actual vehicle use exceeds the service time or trip distance.
- If the total trip exceeds 300 kilometers, a fee of JPY 300/per kilometer will be charged.
- For connected orders, if guests stay in cities outside of Tokyo, an additional accommodation fee of 8,000 JPY will be required for the driver.
- Overtime rentals caused by traffic congestion will be charged an additional fee, regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
- During peak travel season in Tokyo, there may be an additional price difference of JPY 10,000-20,000 (the specific amount will be confirmed with you by customer service after the order is placed. If you have any objections before the order is confirmed, you can cancel the order). Please pay the driver in Japanese Yen cash on-site. Thank you for your understanding.

To ensure that you receive notifications smoothly, please be sure to provide accurate and complete contact information and pay attention to messages.
The supplier will use LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat as the main communication tools. It is recommended that you fill in one of these options first to facilitate contact with the supplier.
