Guests who are late due to poor traffic conditions will not be permitted to board. In this case, automatic cancellation status will be applied, and no refund will be provided.

During holiday/peak season, the bus service may arrive later than the scheduled time due to road congestion or any other unforeseeable event. Please understand that we do not hold any responsibility for the costs, including but not limited to accommodation or taxi fare, that fall upon the guest due to the unforeseeable event.
