  • Participants must pass the dive medical questionnaire

  • Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

  • Participants with medical illness will be required to fill in a course medical statement in which your doctor can sign and stamp as proof of clearance to participate in this scuba dive
