Hakka people are considered the second biggest ethnic group in Taiwan with their own unique traditions and customs. Hsinchu, the heartland of Hakka people in North Taiwan, epitomizes the lifestyle of Taiwan's Hakka people. Through this tour to Hsinchu, you will take a deep dive into Hakka culture and discover the spirit of the Hakka people.

Embark on your journey to the Hakka village from the “love station” Hexing Railway Station, and take a nostalgic train ride along Neiwan Line. Your first top is Zhudong Cultural and Creative Park, where a blend of traditional and modern Hakka culture is on display. Next, you are offered to taste the most authentic Hakka food in the biggest traditional Hakka bazaar, Zhudong Market. After the food adventure, stroll along Beipu Old Street to take a look at the historical buildings and learn about the heritage and evolution of the Hakka village. Here you also have an opportunity to experience the making of the Hakka traditional beverage, Lei Cha (ground tea), and savor the warm hospitality of Hakka people. Lastly, enjoy picking your own seasonal fruit in a local orchard, marking the end of this wonderful journey.
