Booking Requirements

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

  • All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

  • Travelers must obtain all entry or transit visa requirements for Thailand (if necessary) prior to boarding

  • Passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity after completing the journey across to Malaysia

  • Thai tour guide is compulsory for vans and minivans registered in Malaysia

  • The journey will take roughly 3 hours before you reach Hat Yai City Centre. On the way, we will stop at CTC Changlun to fill out the white card, insurance & passenger list. You can also exchange currency and have a short coffee or tea break here. Continue the journey and you’ll be dropped at Lee Gardens or any one of your preferred choice of Hatyai City Hotel.
