- Pets are not allowed inside the resort
- Picking of flowers or harvesting of any produce within the resort premises is not allowed
- This is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any public areas of the resort in compliance with the city ordinance of Davao city. Failure to comply may be apprehended by the nearest smoke-free task force of the city or municipality and will be subjected to government sanctions and hotel cleaning fee of Php 10,000 maximum

- 50 % refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 - 8 days before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
