• For safety reasons, Yeongdeungpo Branch may require a waiting time of 15 minutes~30 minutes depending on the number of people. A refund for this case will not be permitted.
• Animal welfare laws restrict the ability to touch animals. You are responsible for 100% of the problems that occur when touching the animals without the zookeeper's permission.
• There is a scheduled time each day when you can feed the animals together with the zookeeper.
• You can also feed the animals yourself by purchasing animal feed on-site. (Please note that feed is not included in the ticket.)

• How to get there: Subway Line number 1, Yeongdeungpo Station Exit 5 → Cross the road as diagonal direction → Walk straight into Shinsegae Department Store → Come out of Gate 3 of Shinsegae Department Store then turn right into Gate 9 of Times Square → Then on your left you will see an elevator or an escalator → Go to 4F → Redeem the actual ticket then head to 5F
