• After downloading the MeNGo APP on your phone, follow the steps in the image below to redeem and use it (use it on transportation within 24 consecutive hours without additional charges; each ride is limited to one person).
• Unlimited rides on Kaohsiung Metro, Kaohsiung Light Rail, city buses, and highway buses.
• Limited to 2 times: Kaohsiung ferry (passengers only, applicable to Gushan-Qijin, Qianzhen-Zhongzhou)
• Limited-time offer: The first 30 minutes of each Kaohsiung YouBike 2.0 ride are free (please complete YouBike membership binding before renting).

Notes

• The QR code in the order cannot be used directly to enter or exit the station. You must enter the transportation serial number into the MeNGo APP to activate the transportation product.
• Once the transportation serial number in the package is redeemed, it cannot be refunded in any form. (Please redeem after confirming the itinerary to ensure your rights.)
• In the event of natural disasters (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, or government-announced work and class suspensions, and other force majeure events) affecting the event, no refunds will be given. Please assess the risks and your own situation before purchasing tickets.
• Please note that this ticket does not include an IC physical sensor card when purchasing.
