Tran is most popular specialty restaurant in Da Nang that serving very famous local cuisine from Da Nang: Banh Trang Thit Heo (Sliced Pork Rolled With Rice Paper) serving with very Mam Nem (Special Fish Sauce). They just have limited menu and mostly focus in well known local food such as My Quang (Quang’s Noodle), Bun Mam (Noodle serving with pork and Mam Nem) or roasted pork and chicken. If you really want to discover the real taste of local Da Nang food in very reasonable price and great value, Tran Restaurant is surely the best choice for you in town
