• Participants must be aged 6+ to participate in this activity

Booking limitations

• A group will be formed with 2 or more boards. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will arrange a reschedule or a full refund for you.

Additional information

• This activity includes insurance. Please follow the instructor's directions during the experience. To prevent accidents, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the activity for the safety of both parties and no refund will be issued if you do not follow the instructor's guidance.
• Participants must be between 6 and 60 years old and in good health. If you have conditions such as asthma, please do not participate.
• We recommend wearing non-absorbent clothing for the activity, such as swimwear, beach pants, or yoga clothing. We also recommend bringing a complete change of clothes (including underwear) to change into after the activity.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the event start time to check in.
• In the event of inclement weather on the day of the activity, we reserve the right to cancel the activity for safety reasons before entering the water. You may choose to reschedule (within the same year) or receive a refund (subject to a deduction of NT$100 for insurance and administrative fees).
• Once in the water, if the weather changes during the activity, the instructor may decide to stop the activity and allow you to make up the hours on your next visit. No refunds will be given once you are in the water.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Rinsing off: Depends on the location; instructors will provide changing tents.
• Can children participate: We recommend participation for children ages six and older. Children under six who can follow the coach's instructions and bring their own life jackets may also participate.
• Pet Policy: Please contact the coach for confirmation.
• Activity Cancellation Due to Rain: The instructor will prioritize the safety of participants based on wind and wave conditions. Activities will proceed as scheduled on rainy days with light winds, small waves, and no lightning.
• Typhoon Event Postponement: If a typhoon causes an event to be postponed, you can adjust the location or time, or receive a refund after deducting administrative fees. There is no time limit for postponement.
• Extremely Important Information: Receiving an activity voucher does not guarantee your participation in the activity! The activity you signed up for may be canceled due to weather conditions, failure to meet group size requirements, or unforeseen natural disasters. Therefore, after placing your order, please be sure to add King's Activities official LINE account within 24 hours. The ID is @ksadmg (be sure to include the @ symbol), and actively leave the following information: order number and the name used for the order. If there are any issues with the activity, customer service staff will notify you immediately via the official LINE account and assist with order refunds or changes during business hours. We are not responsible for any activity delays or incomplete experiences if you do not contact King's Activities. Nature is diverse and unpredictable, and passenger safety is our top priority. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by activity changes.

• Please wear a swimsuit underneath light, quick-drying clothing. Jeans are not permitted.
• Please bring your own change of clothes.
