Booking Requirements

  • The driver or lessee must be at least aged 18+ with a driver's license valid for at least 12 month(s) before the expiration date

  • If you are between 18 and 20 years old and possess a valid motorcycle license for heavy motorcycles, you are required to fill out and sign a Consent Form of Legal Representative to rent a vehicle. Please submit the form when picking up the vehicle.

  • Regulations for Required Documents for Foreign Visitors Renting Vehicles: (1) Foreign renters (excluding Hong Kong and Macau): Must present a passport + local driver's license + International Driving Permit (IDP). All documents must be of the same nationality. (2) Hong Kong and Macau renters: Must present a Hong Kong/Macau passport + Hong Kong and Macau residents online entry permit + Hong Kong/Macau local driver's license + International Driving Permit issued by Hong Kong/Macau. All documents must be of the same nationality. (3) Renters with a Resident Certificate: Must present a valid Resident Certificate + valid Taiwan driver's license. All documents must be of the same nationality.

  • ※ If the aforementioned foreign renter is missing any of the required documents, we regret that we will be unable to provide vehicle rental service, and refunds will not be applicable.

  • ※ All foreign renters must provide a physical credit card (Visa / MasterCard / JCB / American Express) valid for at least six months from the same renter for pre-authorization when picking up the vehicle. If a valid credit card cannot be provided, rental will not be permitted.

  • To extend your rental, please call the rental company at least 3 hours before your original return time. The rental company reserves the right to decide whether to grant the extension. Late returns will incur a charge of $50 per hour. Returns exceeding six hours will be charged a full day's rate (surcharge fees may be adjusted based on on-site regulations during consecutive holidays and New Year holidays).

  • Mileage limits: 250km/day rental, 100km/same-day return, 2000km/month rental. An additional fee of $3 per kilometer will be charged for exceeding the limit. One-way rentals are not available.

  • Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee
  • Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
  • Helmets must be worn at all times.
  • Please return the scooter to the original rental location.
  • To protect the rights and interests of passengers, in the event of an accident, vehicle damage, theft, or other incidents, please preserve the scene, immediately report the incident to the police, and do not settle with the other party privately. Also, immediately notify the rental company for assistance; otherwise, you will be liable for compensation.
  • The renter (driver) must present their own valid identification. Do not lend the scooter to others during the rental period; the shop will only seek compensation from the renter for any issues that arise.
