Luggage description:

  • Luggage larger than 28 inches (including 28 inches) will be regarded as two pieces of 24-inch luggage
  • Strollers or wheelchairs are 1 piece of luggage by default, that is, 1 passenger. If you are bringing a baby stroller or wheelchair, please fill in the relevant information on the reservation page

Explanation of overtime fee:

  • Please note that when the actual waiting time exceeds the free waiting time, an overtime fee of KRW15,000 per hour will be charged, and less than 1 hour will be charged as 1 hour
  • Free waiting service for 30 minutes when picking up from the ski resort, waiting fees will be charged for more than 30 minutes; free waiting service for 90 minutes from the actual arrival time of your flight is provided when picking up at the airport, and waiting fees will be charged for exceeding 90 minutes
  • All additional fees must be paid in cash to the driver on site, and no receipts will be provided

Precautions:

  • Infants and children are counted as passengers
  • Please note that child seats are available for this service
  • Please note that this service is a one-way private charter service. If you need a round-trip transfer, please book separately
  • The elderly, pregnant women and patients with diseases must use this service accompanied by guardians or caregivers
  • This activity is optional when using a wheelchair or stroller, but the wheelchair or stroller will be counted as 1 passenger separately
  • Please select your actual car date when booking
  • The airport pick-up time is based on the flight time
