• DIY Thin Noodles Experience (approx. 1.5 hours): Guided tour and explanation of thin noodle making process by a specialist. Participate in activities like noodle shaking and noodle rope skipping. Hand-shake your own unique thin noodles, and enjoy a noodle-drying activity. Finally, take your very own noodles home!
• Nagashi Somen (approx. 15-20 minutes): Enjoy the refreshing and chewy texture of somen noodles flowing down a stream of cool mountain spring water. During the activity, please use only the designated Nagashi Somen chopsticks and follow the rules for using serving chopsticks. Groups of five or more who order together will have their own independent waterway, creating joyful memories of gathering with friends and family!

• DIY scallion pancake experience (approx. 1.5 hours): Shiding's natural, high-quality water, paired with locally made handmade dough. Kids can wear a bamboo hat and plant and harvest scallions in the field, knead the dough, it's delicious and fun! New Taipei City produces pearl scallions, come to Shiding to experience from planting a scallion seed, kneading flour, to putting it in the pan. From the moment the scallion head is planted to the moment it's cooked, it's both educational and fun!
