• Please arrive 10 minutes early to register and complete a personal information and health declaration form.
• Please read the health declaration carefully before placing your order. If you have any health concerns, the store will decide whether or not you can enter the water. If you are not allowed to enter the water, no refund will be given.
• Pre-ride briefing (approx. 20 minutes)
• Get changed and prepare to depart (approx. 5-10 minutes)
• Shallow Water Practice (approx. 10 minutes)
• Guided Scuba Diving (approx. 30-40 minutes), duration depends on individual conditions
• Return to the store to freshen up
• Provide your contact information to receive digital photos. A complimentary printed photo will be given on-site.
• The itinerary is subject to change depending on wave conditions on the day.

Booking limitations

• This activity is not recommended for individuals with pre-existing health conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart disease, asthma, etc.), pregnant women, or senior citizens.

Additional information

• Participants under 20 years of age must provide a parental consent form (parental accompaniment is preferred).
• Participants who indicate relevant illnesses on the health questionnaire will not be able to participate in the Discover Scuba Diving experience unless they have obtained a doctor's approval.
• For safety reasons, please do not use any narcotics, hallucinogens, anesthetics, similar controlled substances, or alcohol within 24 hours before participating in the activity. Violators will not be allowed to participate and will not be entitled to a refund.
• Please read and agree to the Health Declaration (to be filled out on-site on the day of the activity) before purchasing the tour. Participation is not recommended for those who are feeling unwell.
• After participating in a scuba diving experience, it is strongly recommended not to fly for 24 hours.
• To promote marine conservation, please refrain from applying sunscreen and cosmetics.
• Sea turtles are protected animals. Please do not touch them during the experience to avoid penalties.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the day of the tour or for intoxicated individuals.
