Photographs, videos, and sound recordings taken by you inside the Waterpark must not be used for commercial purposes without the written consent from Studio City. Photography or any recording of non-consenting Guests is strictly prohibited. The use of image recording devices is not permitted in the change rooms or bathroom facilities
Studio City reserves the right to film, photograph, and/or record (sound and visual) Guests inside the waterpark for purposes of providing services, ensuring the quality of such services, ensuring safety and security, managing the operations of its properties and facilities, providing benefits and rewards, general marketing and promotion campaigns or events, safeguarding Studio City’s legitimate interests, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations or for any other lawful purpose. You expressly consent to the processing of your personal data by Studio City for such purposes without compensation, as well as to the transfer of your personal data, in or outside Macau, to any StudioCity’s affiliates. There are inherent risks of participating at the Waterpark facilities. By your visit to the Waterparkyou accept the risks of which an average person should be aware. Guests must act with good judgment and consideration, both for themselves and others, at all times
Guests are fully responsible and liable should any health issues occur in the Waterpark, including but not limited in case of any preexisting medical conditions that may or may not have been known by the Guests
Guests assume all risk and are solely responsible for all their personal belongings and agree to waive and release Studio City and its affiliates from any liability for any damage or loss of property or belongings arising from the use of the facilities and services provided at the Waterpark. Guests shall pay to or reimburse Studio City for any damages caused, including to Studio City property. In the event of irreparable damage, Guests shall compensate Studio City and its affiliates for the losses
Studio City and any of its affiliates, or any successors or assigns, and their executives, members, agents, employees, officers, directors, successors, or assigns, shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, injury, or causes of action, whatsoever, which may occur in connection with and/or during Guests’ visit to the Waterpark

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Macau. Guests agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Macau for the purpose of resolving any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions
