  • A group of 15 people is required to confirm the tour. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will arrange a reschedule or provide a full refund.
  • The fee includes the island entry application. The merchant will submit pre-registration orders in advance. If the daily quota is reached, your order may be affected and require rescheduling or cancellation.
  • Holders of a Disability Certificate and one required companion purchasing tickets must present the relevant documents for verification upon check-in. If the incorrect ticket type is selected, staff reserve the right to request payment for the difference on-site and retain the right to adjust or terminate service.
  • Please bring your ID card or National Health Insurance card on the day of the experience. Foreign nationals, please bring your passport or residence permit for inspection by the Coast Guard.
  • Please be mindful of the check-in and departure times. To respect the rights of all passengers, please check in 30 minutes prior to departure. Passengers who do not arrive before departure will not be waited for, and no refunds will be issued.
  • For safety reasons, passengers must wear life jackets according to the staff's instructions during the journey. Before boarding, please assess your own physical condition to determine if you are suitable for the experience.
  • In the event of a typhoon or rough sea conditions, travelers will be notified of experience adjustments/cancellations by 18:00 local time 2 days prior to departure, followed by email notifications.
  • Due to the high volume of visitors heading to Keelung Island, our staff will be on-site to arrange and dispatch boats as needed to ensure all passengers can experience Keelung Island.
  • On the day of departure, please arrive (30 minutes early) at the walkway area in front of the Keelung Bisha Fishing Port (Fishery Products Sales Center) and look for the Jyu Long Fleet. Please remember to bring your identification documents and voucher.
  • Passengers with concession tickets are required to bring the relevant documentation for verification. If no documentation is presented, the full ticket price will apply, and the difference must be paid.
  • This tour includes guided explanations. When on the island, please follow the guide and remain with the group. You will return on the same boat.
  • The boat ride is 15-20 minutes. There are no food vendors on the island, so please bring enough water or beverages and stay hydrated.
